walk in balance

Honesty, humility - understanding who you really are in this wonderful big web of life - respect, experiencing heart to heart connection with earth and with all who breathe and heart-mind coherence are basic roots of resilience.

All around us challenges are increasing - personally and also globally - so we all need resilience.

Reality begins within

The way you breathe, think, feel, talk and move and also the way you hear and understand others and how you respond, is the way you communicate - is what you send out and what comes back to you.

Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.

if you want positive change, shift your attention inwards…

My work and intention is to share with you what i was able to learn and integrate from other cultures that helps me move through life with more trust in myself and more relaxed. As the elders would say: to help you help yourself.

With consent and approval of local and indigenous elders and traditional yogis and yoginis - i share and pass on ancient stories and tools and methods that help navigate our journey within and that can also help us find and develop more heart-mind-coherence.

All natural and traditional ways and paths of growth and personal improvement are based on self-respect, on awareness and acceptance of what is, on patience and on consistency. He/she who understands the natural laws of the circle, truly understands life.

These ways and paths are not an easy or quick fix

Understood and practiced correctly, they help us change perspective

and empower us step by step to reconnect with our own roots and the source of life in all. Healing, strength and resilience happen naturally, when you connect with who you are and where you come from, when you connect with home. That is why these ways and paths have been passed down from generation to generation to generation to generation.

The mountain lion is known and revered for its courage and its inner strength and flexibility to adjust to different environments and situations and for its utter resilience.

Only if we remember ancient wisdom and remember to learn from all our relations, from the four-legged, the winged-ones, the swimmers and crawlers and the root-nation, will we survive and learn to walk in balance again. Will we remember and learn to live with the earth instead of upon her.

Go within. The journey to essential change

and well-being begins within

It begins with remembering to be more aware of your breath, observing your thought-patterns and following your own heartbeat.

What you have inside is greater than whatever obstacle you see outside!

do not blame the circumstances and do not blame others.  remove your own weaknesses instead.

All in for all life! For the well-being of all beings - and: yes it is true, we are all connected, we are all related.
